One of the exhibits in the Benjamin Franklin Court Museum is a diorama called Franklin's World Stage. In a twelve minute show, three scenes from Benjamin Franklin's life are illustrated.

• A meeting of the House of Commons in England in 1766 concerning the removal of the Stamp Tax on the colonies.
• A meeting with King Louis XVI in the Court of Versailles, France in 1778 asking for and getting French aid in the American Revolutionary War.
• A meeting of the Constitutional Convention in 1787 where after several stormy sessions Benjamin Franklin asked the delegates to open each day's meetings with a word of prayer.

Before each scene started, a different platform with the central characters in that scene would mechanically rise up from the floor in the framed area in the center of the picture. I took this picture before the show started so I wouldn't distract people from the show with camera flashes.
